Train the trainer This module teaches delegates how to run classroom-based training courses or one-to-one coaching sessions. It concentrates on the behavioral aspects of training and coaching to provide the delegate with insight to "why" training can be problematic, as well as "how" to train or coach people. The theory is backed up by several skills practices making the module extremely interactive for both delegate and tutor. Note: There is a close relationship between this module and Microsoft PowerPoint. Duration: Flexible: One or Two days
